On the 1st floor there are commercial units, the office of the management company, and the sales office of the developer Siam Oriental.

LOCATION MATTERS

STAR is located in the prestigious Pratamnak district, between Pattaya and Jomtien. Royal Thai family also has a holiday home in the area. If you appreciate a peaceful location near the city, the better place cannot be found. STAR stands on top of a hill, a few hundred meters from the road connecting Pattaya and Jomtien.
