Privacy policy — Thavorn Asia Property MCP server
This policy explains what information the Thavorn Asia Property MCP server
(https://thavorn.asia/mcp/public) receives when you use it through an
AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, how we use it and how long we keep it. It covers only the MCP server.
When you open a listing page on our website, the website privacy policy applies.
Who we are
The server is operated by Thavorn Asia Property, a real estate agency in Pattaya, Thailand (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@thavorn.asia.
What we receive
The MCP server has no accounts and no sign-in. Your AI assistant decides when to call it and sends us only the content of that call:
- Your search request and filters — for example “2-bedroom condo in Jomtien under 5M”, the district, price range or a listing ID.
- Technical data — the IP address and User-Agent of the connecting service, and the time of the request. For ChatGPT and Claude this is normally the IP address of OpenAI or Anthropic, not your own device.
We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, email address, phone number, location or payment details, and we do not use cookies on the MCP server. Please do not put personal information into property search requests.
How we use it
- to run the search and return matching listings;
- to protect the service from abuse and enforce rate limits;
- to diagnose errors;
- to understand, in aggregate, what people search for, so we can improve our listings and search.
Links in the results carry campaign tags (
utm_source=mcp) so we can tell that a website visit came from an AI assistant.
We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising profiles and do not use it to train AI models.
Services that process it
- Anthropic — free-text search requests are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) to turn them into search filters. Only the request text is sent, without IP address or other identifiers. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
- Cloudflare — all traffic to our website passes through Cloudflare for security and performance.
- Our hosting provider — the server and database that store the data described here.
The AI assistant you use (for example OpenAI for ChatGPT or Anthropic for Claude) processes your conversation and the results we return under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Request logs (search request, IP address, time): 14 days.
- Search statistics (search filters, IP address, User-Agent, time): 12 months, then deleted.
- The cached interpretation of a free-text request (request text and the resulting filters, without IP address): 1 day.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example the most popular searches) may be kept longer.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws you may ask to access or delete data relating to you, or object to its processing. Because the MCP server does not know who you are, we can only find records by IP address and time — include them in your request to info@thavorn.asia.
Children
The service is intended for adults looking for property and is not directed at children under 18.
Security
All connections use HTTPS. The public MCP server exposes only listings that are already published on our website; it has no access to client or internal data.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. See also the MCP server documentation.
