Office Admin

Job Details:

– Handling walk-ins, incoming calls, and client messages effectively/การจัดการ Walk-in, สายเรียกเข้า และข้อความของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

– Maintaining office organization for smooth operations/ดูแลรักษาการจัดสำนักงานให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น

– Proficiently using computers and office software/ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี

– Collaborating with various agency departments to support teamwork/ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานเป็นทีม

– Ensuring punctuality and systematic workflow organization/ดูแลให้ตรงต่อเวลาและมีระบบขั้นตอนการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ

Gender: Female

Age: อายุ 20 – 40 ปี

Qualifications:

– Excellent command of both verbal and written English/สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งคำพูดและเขียนได้เป็นอย่างดี

– Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software/มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ที่แข็งแกร่งและมีความเชี่ยวชาญในซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงาน

– Effective organizational abilities and time -management skills/ความสามารถขององค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพและทักษะการบริหารเวลา/ทัศนคติของผู้เล่นเป็นทีมพร้อมความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา

Experience:

Working Hours: Full Time ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.00-17.000 เสาร์ 10.00-15.00 หยุดวันอาทิตย์

Number of Positions: 1 อัตรา

Salary: เริ่มต้น 20,000 บาท + โบนัส
